Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our team at Gentle Dental in Vancouver, WA.

As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional oral healthcare services to our patients, working collaboratively with our team of specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and pharmacy, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401k plan and deferred compensation plan.

Our practice is committed to innovation and providing a wellness approach to dentistry, with a focus on patient care, operational and clinical excellence, personal accountability, and building relationships.

Position Details:

  • Full team of in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists to support your specialty needs
  • Predominantly PPO practice
  • Comprehensive dental office
  • Compensation: 30% - 32% of production based on experience, with guaranteed compensation in the first 60 days
  • Full-time Dentist expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000
