Job Summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, Warehouse, and ASC teams, providing exceptional communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth operations.
  • Logistics & Quality Assurance: Maintain inventory principles, ensure proper storage and handling, conduct inventory counts, and uphold regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Data Management, Analytics & Reporting: Utilize inventory management software to track usage, forecast needs, and identify cost-saving opportunities, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure appropriate inventory levels, manage incoming goods, and address product recalls and backorders to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations and standards related to medical supply chain management, ensuring Vancouver Clinic's compliance and adherence to industry standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Four years of experience in supply chain roles strongly preferred (procurement, purchasing, receiving, distribution), minimum two years required.
  • At least four years of experience in healthcare strongly preferred (minimum two years required, preferable in a hospital or healthcare setting).
  • Supply chain management certification preferred (APICS CPIM or equivalent).
