Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all incoming phone calls, ensuring proper triage and message documentation.
  • Engaging with patients to confirm demographic and health insurance details.
  • Performing data entry and updates within our Electronic Health Record system.
  • Collecting payments from patients for exams and procedures.
  • Preparing paperwork, handling mailings, and executing clerical tasks.

  • Carrying out additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
