Patient Care Associate

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to patients
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* No prior experience necessary, as Mercy provides a 175-hour training program for new hires
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
