We Are Looking For... They should be adept at team development and delegation, effectively guiding teams through extensive projects or specific project components. This position requires the ability to analyze complex project challenges and create innovative solutions concerning finance, scheduling, technology, and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and submit bi-monthly timecard reports to confirm employee schedules and hours worked.
- Provide a Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the government Contracting Officer (CO).
- Assist in aligning program vacancies with designated contract labor categories.
- Monitor vacant positions, oversee candidate screening and replacement, ensuring qualifications are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and government representatives, offering essential guidance to contractor personnel.
- Evaluate contractor performance, providing coaching and direction as necessary.
- Engage with government representatives to discuss contractor performance, planning, and updates.
- Maintain schedules for all contract personnel and seek approval for any schedule modifications.
- Address issues requiring government attention and enforce company policies with contractor staff.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new personnel and coordinate security briefings.
- Develop strategies for application selection, systems development, and resource support.
- Ensure projects adhere to budgetary constraints and adjust parameters based on financial assessments.
- Meet with clients to collect feedback, manage expectations, and communicate project progress.
- Establish individual and team objectives, assessing performance in accordance with HR policies.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
- PMP Certification.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing federal contract workforces or equivalent.
- Familiarity with cloud migration and data management.
- Experience in managing federal contracts with annual values exceeding $40 million.
- Knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Fair Labor Standards Act.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in public safety or law enforcement, along with team-building experience.
- Prior experience in contract management with government entities.
