About the Role:

The Washington Campus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join its team as a Program Assistant. As a key member of the program staff, you will play a crucial role in the success of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with senior program staff and faculty speakers to ensure smooth program execution
  • Register, coordinate, and support student participants
  • Produce program materials and assist in executing scheduled course sessions
  • Organize logistics, including transportation, tours, and venue arrangements

Requirements:

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site during programming and remotely when needed

About the Washington Campus:

We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) higher education organization that provides intensive educational programs in managing business, public affairs, and public policy. Our programs bring participants to Washington, D.C. for experiential learning from world-class expert practitioner faculty speakers.
