Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Executive Team
  • Lead the FP&A team in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and optimizing business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on financial modeling and analysis
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MBA/MSF a plus
  • Strong accounting knowledge and experience with financial software tools (e.g. Vena, PowerBI)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
What We Offer
