About the Role

Agility Robotics is a pioneer in the field of robotics, with a focus on developing robots that can work alongside people in various settings. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our finance team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead will be responsible for developing insightful analyses that support timely and effective decision-making throughout the organization. This will involve working closely with senior management and department leads to develop a long-term business plan and annual budget, as well as formulating and refining the company's financial projections on a quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and analysis, with excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to translate complex financial information into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with business leaders to build annual budgets and financial plans
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions
  • Lead the quarterly re-forecasting process and provide analysis of actual and forecasted variances
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting and analysis tools to support business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial information into actionable insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
