We are seeking an exceptional Client Relations Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Investors. As a key member of our Client Relations Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our client base.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the private equity industry, working closely with investors, third-party vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage investor onboarding materials, ensuring timely completion and accurate filing
  • Maintain and update investor database information, logging relevant data points for cross-functional use
  • Oversee data entry into Trinity's CRM program, file storage systems, and spreadsheets
  • Circulate closing documentation to investors following new investment acquisitions
  • Communicate with investors and third-party entities, including IRA custodians, to facilitate new investments
  • Prepare investment summaries/highlights for relationship representatives
  • Administer and manage databases, including the investor portal and dealflow-related spreadsheets
  • Serve as liaison between investors and the Investments Team, providing updates and fielding inquiries
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of applicable work experience in a client-facing, marketing, or finance role, preferably in private equity
  • Intermediate Excel skills with minimal oversight required
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Google Sheets
  • Moderate to strong working knowledge of finance fundamentals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize conclusions and present well-supported arguments
  • Ability to focus under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills demonstrated through work experience and/or academic record
  • Self-starter, able to identify opportunities and make progress with minimal oversight
