Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team at Quixote Studios. As a key member of our Film and Television Transportation team, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain client information and present it to the TV/Film Transportation Rental Team to complete the rental process.
  • Set up new accounts, obtain insurance certificates, scan and file digital documents, manage contracts and paperwork, and maintain confidential files.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maximize sales revenue.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the distribution or movement of company products and services to customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Review operational records and orders to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, work with a fluctuating schedule, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

Quixote Studios offers a competitive salary range of $19.00-$25.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, sick pay, 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
