Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in driving business growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate, hospitality, and short-term rentals, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
  • Utilize industry platforms, such as MLS and Zillow, to manage luxury properties and assist in acquisitions.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to maintain high standards in our property portfolio.
  • Draft lease agreements, offers, and other documents using CAR forms.
  • Provide exceptional support and services to high-profile clients.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and key industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to deliver bespoke experiences for clients.
  • Assist in project planning and execution, coordinating with various departments to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Real estate license (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and operations.
  • Proficient in using MLS, Zillow, and related industry platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience in using CAR forms to draft lease agreements, offers, and addendums.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of discretion.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to work six days a week, including availability on weekends.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage time effectively.
