Job Summary

As a Residential Service Manager at Marriott International, you will serve as the strategic business leader for residential service activities, fostering positive relationships between homeowners, management, and employees. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining luxury condominium facilities, monitoring the development and implementation of residential brand strategies, and supporting the leadership team in flawless execution.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, and 2 years' experience in residential hospitality or a related professional area. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with homeowners, management, and employees.

Core Work Activities
  • Maintain knowledge of owners' information, residence numbers, and floor plans.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations for Residences, including vendor activity on-site and office administration.
  • Conduct daily line-ups and participate in monthly departmental meetings to review and implement action plans to improve employee and owner satisfaction.
  • Provide employee recognition and maintain knowledge of and comply with all residences policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with the General Manager or Director of Residences regularly regarding issues and information relating to residents.
  • Monitor logbooks and service requests to verify timely completion of tasks.
  • Use property management software and key control software to manage owner expectations and maintain accurate homeowner's roster.
