Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Residence Manager and management team to oversee all aspects of the community residential program.
- Ensure ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations.
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to direct support employees.
- Assist with planning and implementing program policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Residence Manager in planning each resident's individualized program of services and care.
- Experience supervising staff in a residential setting preferred.
- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities required.
- Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and the field of developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Ability to deal diplomatically with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
