As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the maintenance and repair of properties, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Collect rents and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and minimizing delinquencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Manage property budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in property management, preferably in affordable or subsidized housing.
- Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Section 8 Housing required.
- Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
