Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between employees/managers and the corporate human resources function, providing consultative guidance and coaching on human resources-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Conduct employee orientations and implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.
  • Assist in recruiting or administration of compensation and benefit programs.
  • Partner and consult with site senior leadership teams on all HR initiatives for respective areas of support.
  • Provide insightful, confidential, and business-focused guidance to leaders on all matters related to associate and organizational development.
  • Lead succession planning and cross-functional talent discussions with leadership teams.
  • Champion and lead training and development initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Ensure sourcing and selection criteria are established to support both the financial and strategic needs of the business.
  • Provide day-to-day employee relations support for area management and team members.
  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving strategies to resolve associate relations issues through effective communication with all levels.
  • Lead the implementation of Cobblestone HR policies and procedures and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Ensure functional teams are trained on recruiting procedures and appropriate attention is placed on associate retention issues.
  • Assist management team in developing skills to manage human resources more effectively.
  • Act as a member of respective site leadership teams and participate in all staff meetings, providing HR insights on business issues.
  • Manage projects and/or participate as a project member on company-wide HR initiatives.
  • Support and champion organizational change initiatives and assist field leaders as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years in human resources.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
