Job Title: Field Sales Director

At Verizon, we're looking for a seasoned Field Sales Director to lead our sales teams in driving revenue growth and exceeding customer expectations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with dealers and distributors, and driving sales performance across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to drive sales performance
  • Manage sales teams to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with dealers and distributors
  • Present to senior leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably in the prepaid wireless industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors
  • Ability to analyze sales data and drive business decisions
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 100%
