Business Development Ambassador

A dynamic and fast-paced environment is waiting for a motivated Business Development Representative. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career by managing and qualifying leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Master the art of lead flow by qualifying inbound leads and matching them with the right team or partner.
- Seal the deal by handling low-volume importers, closing deals, and kick-starting account setups.
- Build relationships that matter by connecting with potential clients through discovery meetings and delivering a client-first experience.
- Be the lead management pro by uncovering opportunities using tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to qualify leads, book meetings, generate leads, and keep your pipeline active.
- Drive results by hitting clearly defined key performance indicators and utilizing existing scripts, playbooks, and CRM.
What Success Looks Like:
- Quick action by responding to all leads on the same day.
- Drive results by conducting 25+ screenings and booking 12+ meetings weekly.
- Proactive follow-up to keep leads engaged and relationships growing.
Requirements:
- You are a self-motivated go-getter who prides themselves on responsiveness.
- Focused on client experience and results, you have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Super organized, you can work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Great with systems, you have experience with CRMs like Pipedrive and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Sales experience is a plus, but drive and determination are key.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
