* Type letters, reports, and requisitions
* Receive and distribute subpoenas
* Maintain records for foster care students
* Collect and prepare annual state reports
* Process direct pay and purchase requisitions
* Support maintenance of staff service logs and assessment protocols
* Order office supplies and assessment protocols
* Maintain record of staff leave
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
* Maintain ledger of accounts
* Maintain data for grant funded projects
* Make travel arrangements and complete forms and vouchers
* Check and order safety equipment and supplies
* Arrange meeting space locations
* Maintain and update calendar for supervisor
* Collaborate with TST to resolve technology issues
* Assist with planning and organization of special projects and events
* Participate in training for assigned tasks
* File and maintain filing system for records
* Complete annual Inventory Report

Requirements:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic
* Skill in typing, reading, spelling, and proofreading
* Ability to file alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically
* Ability to maintain records, organize, and use the telephone
* Ability to interpret written material and communicate verbally
* Ability to verify data and learn policies and procedures
* Ability to exercise mature judgment and make independent decisions
* Ability to compose and prepare effective correspondence
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Displays sound logical reasoning in interpersonal relationships
