Job Description

ADP is seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing strategic business partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of client business objectives, strategic direction, and requirements.
  • Build trust with clients' key decision makers to drive client retention and improve loss prevention.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and ADP, serving as an internal client advocate.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire ADP product suite and coordinate communication among various business partners.
  • Proactively ensure client satisfaction through periodic conference calls and client visits.
  • Identify new service and/or product opportunities and coordinate with Sales as necessary.
  • Perform strategic account review with the client to reinforce the ADP value proposition.
  • Adhere to standard ADP processes for recording and responding to service activities.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in a client service or relationship management position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • CPP, PHR, SPHR, or CEBS preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing larger, more complex client account relationships with multiple products.
