We're seeking driven individuals with a passion for building strategic relationships to introduce our corporate coaching programs to HR departments and key decision-makers.


Our program is designed to support sales and customer service teams, helping them overcome the challenges of customer-facing roles, stay motivated, and develop resilience.


No sales experience is required - your role will focus on creating connections and facilitating introductions, with our team handling the full sales process. You'll enjoy substantial rewards through a competitive commission structure for every successful referral.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Network Strategically: Identify and connect with HR professionals or decision-makers in organizations with sales and customer service teams.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Cultivate relationships that lead to warm introductions and referrals to HR departments.
  • Facilitate Client Meetings: Set up meetings between potential clients and our internal team, who will manage the sales process and close the deals.


Qualifications:


  • Strong networking skills with the ability to connect with HR professionals or corporate decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in managing outreach efforts and referrals.
  • Familiarity with HR, sales, or customer service environments is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility to manage your schedule independently.
