Job Overview

Deploy is seeking a visionary leader to develop and execute strategies for high-impact partnerships and national accounts. This role requires a proven track record in building strategic relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to enhance company growth and market presence.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with key industry players, including potential clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify and leverage new partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee the management and growth of national accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Develop and execute account-specific strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align account strategies with broader company objectives and market demands.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and implement action plans to address any issues or opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive strategic partnerships, account management, or business development, with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value partnerships and national accounts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving business objectives.
