Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the San Francisco area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers in the San Francisco area.
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment and medical devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related scientific discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience working with laboratory equipment and/or electronic/electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
