Position Overview
Weichert, Realtors is seeking a Senior Sales Training Specialist. This role is designed to enhance the skills and effectiveness of our Sales Associates through comprehensive training and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Sales Training Specialist, you will:
  • Design and implement a robust training curriculum tailored for Sales Associates, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions that empower Sales Associates with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
  • Deliver core training programs, including new Sales Associate onboarding and specialized workshops.
  • Maintain high energy and enthusiasm during training sessions to inspire and engage participants.
  • Collaborate with the Training team to develop innovative training approaches that encourage active participation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in training methodologies to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high school diploma or GED; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A valid Real Estate License is preferred, with a Broker's License considered a plus.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Demonstrated training experience with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong coaching, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and basic math skills.

  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to provide constructive feedback and hold team members accountable.
