As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, driving lead generation, and growing our business in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners, within hospitals and skilled nursing centers.
- Generate daily qualified patient referrals from assigned market plan accounts, meeting or exceeding target quotas.
- Cultivate new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, following up with referral sources on discharge outcomes.
- Educate families on their care options and work with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to deliver on target quotas of families moving into communities or hiring in-home care.
- Analyze reports in our CRM and internal structure to develop and manage the pipeline, piloting new initiatives and providing feedback to improve tools and resources.
