Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a distinctive customer experience focused on enhancing financial wellbeing and fostering loyalty while increasing customer engagement. Manage diverse customer interactions and educate clients on available financial solutions.
  • Engage in meaningful discussions with customers to uncover banking needs and refer them to appropriate branch personnel or PNC partners.
  • Conduct lobby engagement initiatives to connect with clients and promote PNC's offerings to fulfill their financial needs. Inform customers about managing transactions using available technology and resources.
  • Utilize product knowledge and procedural expertise to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Comply with all operational policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established guidelines. Ensure that teller and branch operations are conducted efficiently and accurately.
