Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for each assigned strategic account, leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
- Expand business with existing customers by introducing new products, presenting product information, and explaining product features.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in each strategic account.
- Represent Molnlycke in sales calls and negotiations, achieving established sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement account strategies.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews for each assigned strategic account, identify and resolve customer issues, and maintain comprehensive customer records.
- Proven experience in selling to executive-level stakeholders with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for large accounts.
- Effective team player who can work across various departments to achieve common goals.
