Director of Strategic Accounts

Molnlycke Health Care is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in developing and implementing complex sales strategies for large hospital systems and collaborative hospital groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for each assigned strategic account, leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Expand business with existing customers by introducing new products, presenting product information, and explaining product features.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in each strategic account.
  • Represent Molnlycke in sales calls and negotiations, achieving established sales goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement account strategies.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews for each assigned strategic account, identify and resolve customer issues, and maintain comprehensive customer records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in selling to executive-level stakeholders with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for large accounts.
  • Effective team player who can work across various departments to achieve common goals.
  • Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs.
