Kona Kai Resort & Spa, a Noble House Resort, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and administer all Human Resources functions, including recruiting, training, and development.
  • Educate and train managers on HR disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance.
  • Stay abreast of all Federal and State laws and keep management advised of changes that may affect the operation.
  • Manage all team member labor relations, including negotiating contracts and settlements, handling grievances, mediation, and arbitration.
  • Responsible for handling highly confidential information and ensuring that company/legal standards are met.
  • Strategic implementation of the HR budget.
  • Conducts annual team member engagement survey.

Requirements:

  • Four or more years in HR Management or relative experience.
  • Previous experience in a union environment highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
