About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept-sell the unique benefits of audio branding to potential clients
  • Book high-quality sales meetings for our outside sales representatives
  • Cold call prospects to schedule meetings with CEOs and other key decision-makers
  • Generate leads and prospect new business opportunities
  • Establish quick rapport with potential clients
  • Exceed high-volume sales goals while working collaboratively with the team
  • Earn commission as early as week two
What We're Looking For
  • 0-3 years of direct sales experience or relevant coursework
  • The ability to source great prospects and obtain necessary information to close deals
  • A strong hunger for success with real financial motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • A coachable individual open to new ideas and feedback
  • Drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a positive attitude
  • A consistently polished and professional approach to work
Training and Development
  • Comprehensive in-class sales academy course with our internal training manager
