As a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, you will work closely with students, families, and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote academic success and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations to identify students' mental health needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address students' academic, social, and emotional needs
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to students and their families
Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement strategies to support students' mental health and academic success
Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss students' progress and develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of students' treatment plans and progress

Requirements

Current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
