Role Overview
The Compensation Specialist plays a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing our compensation structures and human resource initiatives. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team and help shape our compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts thorough analyses of various compensation functions, including FLSA classification reviews and compensation equity assessments.
- Gathers and interprets data to inform compensation strategies.
- Prepares and manages participation in compensation surveys.
- Monitors trends and developments within the compensation landscape.
- Engages in research and prepares comprehensive reports.
- Reviews and recommends enhancements to policies and processes.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compensation matters.
- Ensures adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Assists in the administration of performance appraisals and engagement surveys.
- Manages special projects as assigned.
- Performs additional duties as necessary to support the organization's mission and vision.

Education and Experience:
