Job Title: Human Resources Manager

LS Injection Molding Machine North America is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and executing various HR and administrative processes to support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and execute effective recruitment plans, lead hiring teams, and ensure compliance with hiring actions.
  • Employee Relations: Engage with employees and managers to resolve issues, update job descriptions, and develop reports on headcount, staffing, and staffing planning.
  • Policy Development: Develop and roll out HR policies, assist management with non-HR policies, and ensure effective communication to employees.
  • Organizational Review and Design: Understand current organizational structure, make recommendations for improvement, and ensure job descriptions and reporting relationships are clearly defined.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage compensation program, evaluate practices against business objectives, and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 5 years of work experience as a Human Resources professional, including generalist responsibilities.
  • Experience working in a multi-site organization, preferably in a multi-site, international organization.
  • Demonstrated work experience performing general administrative tasks or functions.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering managers and co-workers to drive business results.
