Job Summary

AGCO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our IT Legal and HR space. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of global IT operations and projects, including Success Factors global solution, corporate systems, and IT legal solutions, including data privacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of Success Factors global solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with global standards.
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of corporate systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Manage IT legal solutions, including data privacy, to ensure the organization's legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to understand their needs and provide IT solutions that enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps for the legal and HR space, aligning with the overall IT strategy of the organization.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data within the legal and HR systems, implementing best practices for data privacy and protection.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in IT legal and HR solutions and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Lead global IT solutions and projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different regions.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of IT initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate with other IT organizations to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IT solutions.
  • Lead mergers and acquisitions (M&As) team, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition support.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and solutions.
  • Lead and manage distributed teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance across different locations.
  • Drive innovation and automation by implementing advanced technologies such as AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of IT solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within the Legal and HR domains.
  • Strong knowledge of Success Factors global solution and corporate systems.
  • Experience with IT legal solutions and data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
