Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Employees and Visitors.
- Communicating Information Effectively.
- Reviewing and Processing invoices related to Campus Maintenance and Store Property Management.
- Recording insurance certificates in the software system.
- Following up with team members, contractors, and vendors for necessary documentation.
- Executing Additional Tasks as assigned by supervisor.
