Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and evaluate all sales operations within the store to achieve financial targets and sales goals.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products, company history, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor team members by providing timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture centered on delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Support payroll objectives by ensuring optimal staffing levels and maintaining a sales-driven focus.
  • Create opportunities for the growth of managers and team members through challenging assignments.
  • Acknowledge and reward team members for their contributions and service excellence.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and customer service.
  • Provide feedback based on business needs and objectives.
  • Communicate market trends and competitive activities to company leadership.
  • Drive business growth by analyzing financial metrics, monitoring operational efficiencies, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales or retail management.
  • A genuine passion for sneakers and streetwear is essential.
  • Strong sales acumen and business insight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and effective public speaking abilities.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in team development and management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

The compensation range for this role is competitive, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Starting pay is determined based on various factors, including location, role, experience, and market conditions.
