Qualifications for the Japanese Speaking Internal Auditor:

  • Experience with JSox and/or in the Japanese manufacturing or automotive industry is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams


Key Responsibilities of the Japanese Speaking Internal Auditor:

  • Operational Audits:
    • Conduct detailed evaluations of operational workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies, enhancement opportunities, and potential cost reductions.
    • Prepare comprehensive audit reports that detail findings, corrective actions, progress updates, and any deviations from planned activities for management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Audits (JSox):
    • Review financial documentation, statements, and transactions to ensure precision, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
    • Identify financial vulnerabilities and propose controls to mitigate risks.
  • Compliance Audits:
    • Examine internal policies and procedures to verify compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to ethical standards and corporate governance.
  • Information Security Audits:
    • Evaluate the security of the organization's information systems, data, and technological infrastructure.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain precise and organized audit documentation for reference and compliance purposes.
    • Communicate audit findings to relevant parties and monitor the implementation of corrective measures.
  • Additional related responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
