About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team at rag & bone. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure a consistent and quality experience for all customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and store metrics.
  • Embody the rag & bone brand aesthetic and maintain a strong sense of fashion.
  • Ensure the brand mission is brought to life and introduced to every customer who enters our store.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory and stock management.
  • Process Point of Sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Act consistently within the core values of rag & bone.
  • Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best-in-class customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere.
