Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our customers, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
  • Handle cash register transactions and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
