Oldcastle Infrastructure is a leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions. We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing quotations, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and supporting customer orders and inquiries
  • Answering calls and handling email inquiries
  • Informing customers of order status and advising of any changes
  • Complying with company attendance standards
  • Coordinating with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales teams
  • Creating cases in NetSuite for customer issue resolution and product design
  • Basic understanding of processing EDI orders
  • Working with customers to create return authorizations

Requirements include:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office environment
  • Experience working in manufacturing or logistics is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
  • Comfortable user of Excel
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to be adaptable and flexible in our ever-changing work environment
