Customer Experience Specialist

Oldcastle Infrastructure is a leading provider of utility infrastructure solutions. We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing quotations, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and supporting customer orders and inquiries
- Answering calls and handling email inquiries
- Informing customers of order status and advising of any changes
- Complying with company attendance standards
- Coordinating with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales teams
- Creating cases in NetSuite for customer issue resolution and product design
- Basic understanding of processing EDI orders
- Working with customers to create return authorizations
Requirements include:
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office environment
- Experience working in manufacturing or logistics is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
- Comfortable user of Excel
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to be adaptable and flexible in our ever-changing work environment
