Customer Experience Specialist

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Reservations and Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products, to our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on Delta's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, write, and understand both languages fluently.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience in sales and customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
