About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Specialist to join our team at our Atlanta, GA store. As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Share your knowledge of our products and services to help customers find the perfect outfit
  • Uphold brand merchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean and well-presented store
  • Promote in-store events and company programs to support the brand
  • Contribute to the store's success by maintaining high brand and execution standards
  • Support an inclusive and welcoming store environment for customers and associates
Requirements
  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
