Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including store managers, sales drivers, and key decision makers. Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

  • Drive Sales Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in your assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service

Ensure that customers receive timely and effective support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage and Analyze Sales Data

Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Use this data to inform sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 1+ years' experience in retail or field-based sales role.

  • Skills and Qualifications

Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients. Ability to communicate timely with management through phone or email. Experience using personal access to functional tools such as smartphone or smart pad and computer. Must have a valid driver's license, full coverage auto insurance, and a clean MVR record.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish
