About the Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include performing a variety of clerical duties such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining records. You will also be responsible for answering telephones, routing calls, taking messages, and providing information in accordance with department or company policy.

What You Need To Know

You should have a few months to one year of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. You should also possess excellent time management, coordination, service orientation, judgment and decision-making skills. In addition, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
