El Futuro is seeking a qualified professional to serve as a Client Services Supervisor for its internal case management program, Conexiones.

This is a unique opportunity to supervise a team of Case Managers, develop and implement case management plans, and coordinate internal data tracking and case management impact assessment. You will also be responsible for providing family-centered, evidenced-based, culturally-informed case management services for a caseload of approximately 20 clients and communicating with the El Futuro service provider team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, counseling, or a related field and experience in case management, care coordination, or similar work. Fluency in Spanish is required, and the ability to read and communicate with clients in written Spanish is essential.

The salary for this position starts at $60,000.00 per year, and El Futuro offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403B matching, and paid time off.
