Salary:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Answer calls or respond to messages from clients.
    • Assess customers' needs and try to solve problems.
    • Transfer customers' concerns to other staff members.
    • Provide excellent customer service.
    • Check documentation for errors.
    • Use data to answer questions and provide information to other staff members.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
