Your Role in Making a Difference:

As a Case Manager, you will provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services aimed at delivering goal-oriented functional support to children and their families, fostering stability and improvement in daily living, personal recovery, and interpersonal relationships that facilitate integration into school and community.

CPST services are primarily delivered in community settings for children who may struggle with traditional office environments but can benefit from home and community-based rehabilitative services.

The involvement of family and caregivers is crucial in addressing the behavioral health needs of the child.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting children and families in identifying strategies or treatment options to alleviate the impact of symptoms, emotional disturbances, substance use, or environmental stressors affecting the child's functioning.
  • Supporting the identification of strengths, needs, resources, and natural supports, while developing goals to enhance interpersonal relationships and self-esteem.
  • Providing restoration and rehabilitation to mitigate the adverse effects of behavioral health symptoms on daily living.
  • Delivering services in various settings, including homes, community spaces, and via telehealth.
  • Participating in clinical treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintaining documentation according to established standards and timelines.
  • Upholding professional behavior and ethical standards as dictated by licensing boards and organizational policies.
  • Traveling within the community to provide services where they are most beneficial.
  • Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary therapeutic team.

Qualifications:
The Jewish Board is seeking individuals from diverse backgrounds with the following qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in children's mental health, addiction, or child welfare systems.

Familiarity with electronic health records and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.
