Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • At least 5 years of progressive human resources experience in a hotel or related industry.
    • Previous supervisory responsibility required.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Familiarity with and knowledge of employment laws.
    • Familiarity with HRIS programs such as ADP Workforce Now.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Work Environment

This is an onsite position that requires the employee to perform their work duties at the job site location. The employee will be exposed to typical equipment and temperatures found in a front office and back office setting of a hotel.
