Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant III to join our team at the State of Hawaii. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
  • One year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience
  • Specialized experience in human resources, including knowledge of HR rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
