Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Technician VI to join our team at the State of Hawaii. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct recruitment and selection activities
  • Process employee benefits and payroll
  • Manage employee records and data
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees
  • Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution
Requirements
  • Four years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of human resources laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
