Payroll Specialist at Caritas Management Corporation

Position Overview:

  • Oversee payroll systems and execute biweekly payroll processing.
  • Manage employee wage deductions, benefits documentation, and onboarding preparations.
  • Update employment records and benefits enrollment.
  • Record changes in employee information and maintain accurate files.
  • Verify the precision of hours worked and wages disbursed.
  • Stay informed about wage and hour regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with ADP payroll or in HR roles is essential.
  • At least 1 year of experience in benefits administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to adapt to changes as needed.
  • This position is not eligible for remote work.
