Job Summary:

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our most valuable clients and identifying opportunities to deepen these relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate setting targeted appointments to improve client engagement
  • Provide exceptional client service and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to deepen client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire
  • 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis in providing an excellent customer experience
  • Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
  • Ability to find success in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detailed compliance environment
  • Ability to think creatively and be comfortable making decisions with the support of your team
